How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who contacts Paintedcandidate Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics We Handle

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Paintedcandidate Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

Still, tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers that repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please know that Paintedcandidate Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@paintedcandidate.world and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help.
